Working Areas

Renewable Energy

The urgency for a clean energy source is a discussion that has been gaining momentum in recent years.

Brazil is one of the countries with the greatest potential for biogas production in the world. According to ABiogás, there is a volume of around 121 million Nm3 produced daily, taking into account four economic sectors – sugar-energy, animal protein, agricultural production and sanitation. Biomethane, on the other hand, reduces CO2 emissions by 96%.

At Greennova Hub, we bring together relevant entities within the renewable energy sector, promoting collaborations and strategic partnerships and making Brazilian companies, associations, public authorities and universities access international markets with their innovative solutions and knowledge.

Sanitation: wastewater & sewage

Despite the considerable advances achieved in recent years, Brazil still faces the lack of coverage of basic sanitation services in the entire territory.

At Grennova Hub, we bring together relevant entities within the sanitation sector and, with that, make sure that Brazilian companies, associations, public authorities and universities can have access to international markets with their innovative solutions and knowledge.

Materials & Waste

The growing generation of waste, whether by the industry and/or the final consumer, is one of the great national and international debates. In Brazil, about 82.5 million tons of urban solid waste are generated annually, with collection coverage of 92.2%. Of the amount collected, 60% are disposed of properly, and more than 30 million tons end up in dumps and controlled landfills. Regarding recycling, the recovery rate of dry recyclables does not exceed 3%.

There is, therefore, an enormous potential to promote the green transition through the sustainable use of materials, making it possible to comply with the priority order of waste management brought about by the National Solid Waste Policy.

At Greennova Hub, we bring together relevant entities within the materials and waste sector and ensure that Brazilian companies, associations, public authorities and universities can access international markets with their innovative solutions and knowledge.

Marine Coast

At Greennova Hub, we bring together relevant entities working with coastal and marine operations and make sure that Brazilian companies, associations, public authorities and universities can access and expand their innovative solutions and knowledge to international markets.

Food & Beverage

At Greennova Hub, we bring together relevant entities working with food and beverages, focusing on circularity and sustainability, and making sure that Brazilian companies, associations, public authorities and universities can access and expand their innovative solutions and knowledge to international markets.
